My beloved,

Do not forget me
I have taught you resilience and strength
I have taught you self care and compassion
I have taught you the reality and truth.

Do not forget me 
Even though you dislike me
And choose not to remember me. 

Do not forget me
You will not arrive at where you are without me.

I do not need you to put me on the pedestal
I do not need you to worship me
I only need you to remember me.

I am your teacher
I am your motive
I am your messenger
I am working for you
I am an important substance in your sacred medicine.

If you forget me
You will forget why you are here
You will forget your motive and purpose
You will forget why you are doing what you do.

Do not forget me.
