I was at Soul Soup Sunday circle last weekend. It was facilitated by Diana and a beautiful couple, Dawn and Peter. It made me contemplate and through the lenses of others, gained some new insights about “Enough”.
“ENOUGH” came strongly to me around 2020. I was a final year inner works student back then. While most of my fellow classmates have decided to progress further, I kept hearing “IT IS ENOUGH, IT IS ENOUGH!” It was as if my guides were speaking to me through a loudspeaker! I started my inner works in 2015 and have spent close to or more than 200 hours of sessions with my healers and psychotherapist, I had obviously brought myself into a deep dive. I was not feeling safe with myself, my shadows and gifts. I eventually chose to leave the school in 2020. “IT IS ENOUGH” because I have reached a “sweet spot” within myself. It is enough for me to live and explore life with deeper trust, self-love, self-care. It is enough for me to come back to myself. It is enough for me to have a deeper trust and connection with myself and Divine. Most importantly, I decided to have mercy on myself, there is no need to keep “diving”. A professional diver needs to come out of the deep sea to rest and take a breather too. I want to connect the dots between my inner and external world so that I can bring forth my learning and gifts. I am still learning and exploring but it is now coming from a place of curiosity and wonder. I am also relinquishing the need to constantly prove or fix myself. Where is your “Sweet Spot” that you feel is enough? Be mindful that each of us is different so do not use others as a gauge. If you release all the unreasonable expectations, demands and beliefs, you may have already arrived at your “sweet spot”. Remember, you do not need to arrive at your “sweet spot” to live and enjoy life! You can still have fun, love yourself and love life while working towards your “sweet spot”. Much love Comments are closed.
